- We inspect your rug for any potential issues and let you know before we treat it
- Next we dye-test for color stability
- Now we remove any dry soil by vibrating and vacuuming
- We hand-wash front and back using approved detergents and a special low-speed cleaner
- Your rug is completely flushed using an indoor river process
- Moisture extraction is used to dry the rug as quickly as possible
- Your rug is groomed and finally inspected
- We deliver your clean rug and move furniture back in place
